					  <title>Google AdSense Fraud: Sofizar</title>
					  <link>http://www.hellowebmaster.com/webmaster-articles/articles/2/1/Google-AdSense-Fraud%3A-Sofizar</link>
<description>Google and Overture(Yahoo) have been raking in the cah through their PPC advertising. It&#226;s a market that&#226;s slated to increase to 10 Billion in 2007 and given the vast sums involved, has attracted a lot of shady characters. Their purpose is to defraud the advertisers and make money through Ad Sense Click Fraud. This article was based on the actual chat logs of click fraudsters, who were successfully netting more than ten grand a month. As a click fraud detection agency, we have uncovered a lot of variations of the fraud which we detail. While the tone of the article is humorous, there is nothing funny about the losses that advertisers are suffering. All PPC advertisers doing their due diligence before starting an advertising campaign should consider reading this article. There has been considerable interest in this article from Ad Sense publishers as well(not all complimentary). We want to reiterate that most Ad Sense publishers are decent people, trying to fairly monetize their website. It is in the best interest of the whole web community to root out the few fraudsters, and this article goes part of the way in identifying this scourge. We appreciate feedback, and if would love to hear back from you at no-fraud-zone@sofizar.com</description>
